Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking & Eligibility
  • All PG bookings, including short stays, are subject to availability and confirmation by STAY COMPANY.\
  • Booking confirmation is valid only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment or security deposit.
  • Residents/Guests must be 18 years or older and present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
  • STAY COMPANY reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of incomplete or invalid documentation.
  1. Rent, Charges & Taxes
  • Charges shall be applicable as per the selected stay type (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
  • Utility charges, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and other services may be included or charged separately as per the booking plan.
  • STAY COMPANY reserves the right to revise tariffs with prior notice where applicable.
  1. Check-In, Check-Out & Notice Period
  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM.
  • Monthly residents are required to provide a minimum 30 days’ written notice prior to vacating.
  • Short-stay guests (daily/weekly) are not subject to a notice period.
  1. Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit may be applicable for monthly PG stays.
  • Security deposit is generally not applicable for short stays, unless explicitly specified at the time of booking.
  • Deposit refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days after move-out, subject to deductions.
  1. Short Stay Policy (Daily / Weekly Stays)
  • Short stay bookings are offered on a daily or weekly basis and are non-transferable.
  • Short stay tariffs are higher than monthly PG rates and include limited services as specified in the booking details.
  • Extension of short stay is subject to availability and prevailing rates.
  • No refund shall be applicable for early check-out or unused nights under short stay bookings.
  • House rules, visitor policy, and property guidelines remain fully applicable to short stay guests.
  1. Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy
  • Monthly PG Bookings:
    Cancellations prior to move-in may be eligible for refund as per agreed terms, after deduction of applicable charges.
  • Short Stay Bookings:
    Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in may be eligible for a refund after applicable deductions.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in, no-shows, or early departures shall be non-refundable.
  • Promotional or discounted bookings may carry non-refundable conditions, which shall prevail.
  1. Resident & Guest Conduct
  • All residents and short-stay guests must maintain discipline, cleanliness, and respectful behaviour.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and other restricted activities shall be governed by property-specific rules.
  • Any illegal activity, nuisance, or violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
  1. Visitors & Access Policy
  • Visitors are permitted only during designated hours and must comply with PG visitor guidelines.
  • Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by management.
  • STAY COMPANY reserves the right to deny visitor access in the interest of safety and privacy.
  1. Property Access, Safety & Maintenance
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • STAY COMPANY shall not be liable for loss or theft of personal items.
  • Management reserves the right to enter rooms for housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, or emergencies.
  1. Damage & Liability
  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear shall be charged to the resident or guest.
  • Charges may be recovered from the security deposit or billed separately.
  1. Termination of Stay
  • STAY COMPANY reserves the right to terminate the stay of any resident or short-stay guest due to non-payment, misconduct, or policy violations.
  • In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
  1. Force Majeure

STAY COMPANY shall not be liable for service disruption or termination due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

  1. Data Privacy
  • Personal information collected shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws and privacy policies.
  • Data may be shared with OTAs and authorities as legally required.
  1. Amendments

STAY COMPANY reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms shall apply to ongoing and future stays.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
